FRANTOIO OLEARIO MARVALDI GIUSEPPE

The Giuseppe Marvaldi Oil Mill is a family-run company that for the past three generations has produced high quality extra virgin olive oil and olives in brine from “Taggiasca” olives that ripen from November to May on the ancestral trees of Liguria di Ponente, known as the Riviera dei Fiori.

The mill is located in Candeasco 290 s.l.m., a small hamlet of the Borgomaro municipality, on the sunny hills of Valle Impero, in the Imperia hinterland. The passion we have for our work, though challenging and strenuous, has always been recognised by Italian and foreign connoisseurs alike, who have consistently recognized our products over the years. Our production is limited because the olives are meticulously selected so as to obtain an oil of superior quality.

The result is an extra virgin olive oil that is remarkably delicate due to its low acidity and that has a slightly fruity and sweet flavour, which makes the Ligurian oil of the Riviera di Ponente one of the best oils in the world.
