Located in Taggia, the home of the Taggiasca olive, the Azienda has been producing olive oil for four generations.
In 2011, after years of work, the new oil mill was completed in the family olive grove, equipped with the most modern machinery to process the best freshly harvested Taggiasca olives, producing only cold-pressed oils with excellent nutritional and sensory properties.
The family also devotes part of its time to the reclamation of abandoned olive groves, with excellent results in the Taggia-Badalucco area. The olive grove consists of about a thousand trees at an altitude of 250-450 metres.
In the old premises, there is a small museum, a reminder of the ancestors and traditions: the shop is the place to taste and buy the DOP Riviera Ligure-Riviera dei Fiori EVO and other regional specialities.
