The Muzio Aldo farm is located in the Levante Ligure between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, more precisely on the hills of Sestri Levante in the hamlet of S. Bernardino (the first organic islet of the municipality of Sestri Levante).

We have been producing olive oil for more than a century, this is the fourth generation that has decided to change the processes of working the land and of course the management of the olive grove which is our main production of the company.

The main turning point is the conversion of the company to organic. Since 2010 there has been the desire to abandon conventional techniques as an objective of respecting the environment, natural balances and biodiversity, and which seeks to offer the consumer a quality product in respect of the cycle of nature.

The company has been certified BIO since 2020 and since the 2024-2025 vintage it has produced the first DOP & BIO oil of the Riviera di Levante called SUTTA A CA’ SUTTA A CA’ it is a very fine quality of DOP & ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil produced cold within 12 hours of the olive harvest.
