One hundred years of olive oil expertise. These words are the cornerstone of one of Imperia’s historic companies, founded in 1921 by Giovanni Amoretti and his brother-in-law, a Gazzano. They are still present in the name of the Azienda, even though Gazzano left the business. Generation after generation – Giovanni, Lino, Emilio with his brother Giuseppe, and now Giovanni – the Azienda has kept alive the link with the land and oil production, finding its clientele in Northern Italy (the traditional Ligurian EVO market). The common denominator is the passion for extra virgin olive oil and Ligurian products. Amoretti & Gazzano has survived industrial and commercial reorganizations through updating and innovation. It serves both the end consumer and the supply chain. Committed to food education, it aims to define the role of extra virgin olive oil not only as a condiment but also as a nutraceutical.
