This time, the plunge into the Ligurian Sea is enriched by… EVO, namely PDO Riviera Ligure EVO. Andrea Di Marco acts as the herald of the Ligurian spirit in a gloomy London atmosphere, committed to attracting foreigners to our region and our flavours. “The keyword of the two Consortia is “synergy”, especially given the quality and yield of the present farming season – emphasizes Carlo Siffredi, president of the PDO Riviera Ligure EVO Protection Consortium. G.I. Ligurian products such as EVO and basil act as ambassadors of the region and represent agricultural, moral and cultural values”.
