Thanks to the collaboration with the Savona Chef Association, the PDO Riviera Ligure extra-virgin olive oil will accompany the creations of the Chefs coming from all over Italy to gather in Spotorno from the 13th to the 15th April.
The show that will be held at the Hotel Tirreno in Spotorno, will bring together around 100 representatives of the most symbolic professions in the hotel world: from directors to chambermaids, from sommeliers to maîtres, from chefs to doormen.
The event, organised by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Federation of Chefs) and by the Ordine dei Maestri di Cucina ed Executive Chef (Italian Order of Master Chefs and Executive Chefs), will be an opportunity to promote the excellence of Ligurian cuisine.
Together with colleagues from other Italian regions, Ligurian chefs and students of the Hotel School of Finale Ligure will prepare menus and do demonstrations using the PDO Riviera Ligure extra-virgin olive oil.
In addition to the supply of the product for the preparation of the courses, the Protection Consortium will give a PDO Riviera Ligure extra-virgin olive oil package to the 12 “Professionals of the year” that will be awarded by Solidus, the permanent forum of the Italian associations of hotel professionals.
