Big names in Italian haute cuisine interpret valuable products in Paestum from 6th to 8th May at Le Strade della Mozzarella.
During three days at Paestum, the best known and followed chefs of Italian haute cuisine will meet journalists, industry operators, food bloggers, the world’s food and wine opinion leaders and tourists with strong interest in gourmet foods.
A real celebration of taste, including workshops and tastings that will provide an opportunity to experience and learn more about products that symbolize Italian excellence through the work of foodservice professionals, the world of communication and local products.
Alongside DOP Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania, the guest products will include DOP Riviera Ligure Olive Oil, Grana Padano Parmesan Cheese, Bologna Mortadella, Bella della Daunia Table Olives and DOP Val di Mazara Olive Oil.
In fact, the Chefs will prepare and present dishes made with ingredients that symbolize Italian quality: the goal is to “network” to create value for the protected-designation products of the various Italian regions.
