RIVIERA LIGURE Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) oil will be present at the second edition of the Olio Officina Food Festival.
Enthusiasts, experts and restaurateurs will gather on 24, 25 and 26 January at the Palazzo delle Stelline in Milan for the event curated by the oil expert and writer Luigi Caricato which this year has as its theme the feminine side of oil and food.

The event, hosted by Francesco Bruzzo, head of the panel at Genoa’s Chamber of Commerce, will take place on Saturday 26 January at 10:30am at the San Carlo Borromeo Hall of the Palazzo delle Stelline (Corso Magenta, 61 in Milan).
Participants at the Oliofficina Food Festival will be offered a complimentary publication of Il lato femminile dell’olio. Extravergini DOP Riviera Ligure, l’armonia che seduce (The Feminine Side of Oil. Riviera Ligure DOP Extra-Virgin Oils, the Harmony that Seduces) produced in 2010 by Luigi Caricato for the Consortium for the Protection of Riviera Ligure DOP Oil.
